For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

2.1 These Terms & Conditions, together with the 55bw Privacy Policy and any specific terms applicable to individual promotions or game categories, constitute the entire legal agreement between you and 55bw governing your use of the Platform.

2.2 By completing the 55bw account registration process, clicking "I Agree" during registration, or by depositing funds and using any service on the Platform, you unambiguously accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

2.3 If you are accessing 55bw on behalf of another person, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person to these Terms. However, you acknowledge that 55bw accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable; accessing another person's account is prohibited.

2.4 These Terms are written in English. In the event of any conflict between an English version of these Terms and any translation provided for convenience, the English version shall prevail.

3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use the 55bw platform. This is the minimum age for casino-style gaming participation in the Philippines as defined under applicable PAGCOR regulations. 55bw strictly enforces this requirement. Any Member found to be under 21 will have their account immediately suspended, all funds frozen pending investigation, and all winnings forfeited.

3.2 One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one active 55bw account. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same name, same mobile number, same payment method, or the same device — are strictly prohibited. Duplicate accounts may be closed without notice, and any balances across all related accounts may be forfeited.

3.3 Registration Information. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your legal name, Philippine mobile number, and date of birth. You agree to promptly update this information if it changes.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC). 55bw reserves the right to request identity verification at any time. Verification is mandatory before processing your first withdrawal and may be required for deposit thresholds above certain amounts. Acceptable documents include a Philippine government-issued ID (driver's license, passport, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, or UMID). Failure to complete verification within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension.

3.5 Jurisdictional Restrictions. 55bw services are intended for Filipino players accessing the Platform from the Philippines. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of 55bw is lawful in your jurisdiction. 55bw does not represent that its services are available or appropriate for use in any jurisdiction other than the Philippines.

4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 55bw login credentials, including your registered mobile number, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party.

4.2 55bw will never ask for your password via live chat, SMS, email, or any other communication channel. Any communication requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to 55bw support immediately.

4.3 You must notify 55bw immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. 55bw will take reasonable steps to assist with account recovery and security, but accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorized access resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

4.4 55bw strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. Members who have not enabled 2FA and suffer account compromise may have limited recourse for recovering funds lost as a result.

4.5 55bw reserves the right to temporarily lock an account that shows signs of unauthorized access, repeated failed login attempts, or suspicious activity patterns — for the protection of the Member — until identity can be re-verified.

5.1 Accepted Methods. 55bw accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya (Maya), BPI Online, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank Direct, and InstaPay / PESONet interbank transfers. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). No foreign currency conversion is applied to any 55bw transaction.

5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 via GCash or PayMaya. Minimum amounts for bank transfer methods may differ; refer to the Deposit page within your account for current minimums.

5.3 Processing Times. GCash and PayMaya deposits are typically credited to your 55bw balance within 60 seconds of confirmed payment. Bank transfers processed via InstaPay are credited in real-time during BSP operating hours. Standard bank transfer processing may take up to 30 minutes during peak periods.

5.4 Own Funds Only. You may only deposit using payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits from accounts or wallets belonging to third parties are prohibited and may result in account suspension. Any winnings derived from third-party deposits may be confiscated.

5.5 Failed Transactions. If a deposit payment is deducted from your GCash or bank account but does not credit to your 55bw balance within the standard processing window, contact 55bw support via live chat with your transaction reference number. Do not attempt a duplicate deposit before confirming the status of the original transaction.

5.6 55bw does not charge deposit fees. Any transaction fees levied by your bank, GCash, or PayMaya are the responsibility of the Member.

6.1 Verification Prerequisite. Withdrawal requests will only be processed for Members who have completed KYC identity verification. Unverified accounts may deposit and play but cannot withdraw funds until verification is complete.

6.2 Processing Times. Standard withdrawal requests to GCash or PayMaya are processed within 5–15 minutes during normal operating hours (PHT). Bank transfer withdrawals to BPI, BDO, or Metrobank may take up to 60 minutes. 55bw Gold VIP Members receive priority withdrawal processing.

6.3 Withdrawal to Same Method. Withdrawals must, where possible, be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. This policy exists to comply with anti-money laundering obligations. If the original payment method is unavailable, 55bw support must be contacted to arrange an alternative withdrawal method.

6.4 Wagering of Bonus Funds. Bonus balance funds are not directly withdrawable. They must first satisfy the applicable wagering requirements, at which point qualifying winnings are transferred to the Real Money Balance and become eligible for withdrawal. Real Money Balance deposits made without an active bonus are not subject to wagering requirements.

6.5 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.

6.6 55bw reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests above ₱50,000 PHP, which may extend the processing time. Members will be notified if additional documentation is required.

7.1 Bonus Eligibility. Promotions offered by 55bw are subject to individual promotion terms, which supplement these general Terms. In the event of conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that promotion.

7.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be met before winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified in the individual promotion terms. Wagering requirements are calculated on the bonus amount received, not the deposit amount unless explicitly stated otherwise.

7.3 Eligible Games. Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Live casino games, table games, and certain slot titles may contribute at reduced rates or not at all. The contribution table for each bonus is available on the relevant promotion page.

7.4 Bonus Expiry. Bonus funds that are not wagered within the validity period specified in the promotion terms will automatically expire and be removed from the account balance without notice. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

7.5 Bonus Abuse. 55bw reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim bonus funds and any winnings derived therefrom where it reasonably suspects abuse, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly; using systematic betting strategies that exploit bonus terms; colluding with other members to meet wagering requirements artificially; or any other conduct that 55bw determines is contrary to the spirit of its promotions.

7.6 One Bonus Per Member. Unless otherwise stated, promotional bonuses are limited to one per Member, per household, per device, and per IP address. Attempting to claim the same bonus from multiple accounts constitutes a violation of these Terms.

8.1 Fair Play. All Members agree to use the 55bw platform in good faith and in accordance with its intended purpose. Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software errors, use automated betting tools (bots), or engage in any form of cheating will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

8.2 Game Malfunctions. In the event of a game malfunction, error, or system fault, 55bw reserves the right to void the affected round(s) and return any wagers placed to the affected Member's balance. Winnings resulting from a game error or malfunction are not valid and will not be paid. 55bw will make commercially reasonable efforts to identify and resolve such errors promptly.

8.3 Sports Betting. Sports bets accepted by 55bw are subject to the specific rules of the applicable sport and competition. 55bw reserves the right to suspend markets, void bets, or limit stake amounts on events where it has reason to believe integrity is at risk or where odds were offered in error.

8.4 Maximum Winnings. 55bw may apply maximum payout limits per bet, per day, or per event. Where applicable, these limits are displayed in the relevant game interface or betting terms. Wins exceeding applicable limits will be capped at the stated maximum.

8.5 Responsible Conduct. Members agree to conduct themselves respectfully in any live chat, interactive game feature, or community function on the platform. Abusive, threatening, or discriminatory conduct toward support staff or other players is grounds for immediate account suspension.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 55bw platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to appropriate law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own identity or a false identity;
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using the platform while under the age of 21;

• Selling, transferring, or otherwise dealing in 55bw account credits, balances, or bonuses.

10.1 55bw is committed to the promotion of responsible gaming and the protection of vulnerable players. 55bw operates in alignment with PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework and provides the following tools to all Members free of charge:

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps from their account settings. Once set, limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased for a mandatory cooling-off period;
• Session Time Limits: Members can configure maximum session durations with automatic reminders and forced disconnections;
• Cooling-Off Periods: Members may request a temporary gaming break ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks;

11.1 All content on the 55bw platform — including but not limited to the 55bw name, logo, trademarks, website design, software, game content, text, graphics, and audio — is the intellectual property of 55bw or its licensed third-party providers. All rights are reserved.

11.2 Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 55bw platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not extend to reproducing, distributing, publicly displaying, or commercially exploiting any content from the 55bw platform without express written permission.

11.3 Game content made available through 55bw by third-party providers (including JILI, PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, Playtech, and others) remains the intellectual property of the respective providers and is subject to their licensing terms as applicable.

12.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 55bw shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.

12.2 55bw provides its platform on an "as available" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may occasionally affect platform availability. 55bw will use commercially reasonable efforts to minimize downtime and to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable.

12.3 55bw is not liable for failures in third-party payment systems (GCash, PayMaya, bank networks) that delay or prevent the processing of deposits or withdrawals. 55bw will cooperate with affected Members to resolve such issues within its control.

12.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits 55bw's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Philippine law.

13.1 55bw's Rights. 55bw reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in cases including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud or money laundering; provision of false information; account inactivity; regulatory requirement; or where continued operation of the account would expose 55bw to legal, financial, or reputational risk.

13.2 Member's Right to Close. Members may request closure of their 55bw account at any time by contacting support via live chat or email. Any pending wagers at the time of closure will be settled according to normal game rules. Verified balances (Real Money Balance, net of any active bonus obligations) will be returned to the Member's registered payment method after a standard processing period.

13.3 Balances on Suspension. Where an account is suspended due to suspected Terms violation, any balance held in the account will be frozen pending investigation. 55bw will complete its investigation and communicate its findings within 30 days unless the matter involves law enforcement, in which case longer timelines may apply.

14.1 Initial Complaint. 14.2 Escalation. The results of certified game software are final and binding unless a demonstrable technical error can be shown.

15.1 55bw reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated to Members via a notice on the 55bw website and/or by email or SMS notification to your registered contact details.

15.2 The effective date of any revised Terms will be stated clearly on this page. Your continued use of the 55bw platform after the effective date of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

15.3 If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must stop using the 55bw platform and request account closure in accordance with Section 13.2 before the effective date of the amendments.

16.1 These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws governing online gaming and digital commerce in the jurisdiction under which 55bw operates.

16.2 55bw operates in alignment with PAGCOR's (Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation) responsible gaming regulations and applicable Philippine consumer protection provisions as they relate to online gaming services directed at Filipino players.

16.3 Nothing in these Terms is intended to, and shall not, exclude or limit any rights you may have under mandatory provisions of applicable Philippine consumer law.
